1979?, an original play directed, written, and produced by Mattheo Sawyer and Madz Smith-Ledford, observes two women trapped in a bunker where they contemplate the nature of truth versus memory in an apocalyptic society but after the arrival of two unexpected visitors the two’s relationship and psychological state intensifies.
1979? ran for three shows at The Scoundrel and Scamp Theatre in the spring of 2019 and starred Sarah Jackson (left), Madeline Smith-Ledford, Dylan Laray Welker (center), and William Seidel (right).
